- All items must be returned via recorded delivery. rainbowxoxo does not take any responsibility for items lost in transit.
- Return items must be in the same condition when sent. Complete with all labels and in perfect condition. rainbowxoxo reserves the right to refuse a return/exchange if the goods are not in the original condition. If your item is faulty Jolly Success Limited will refund your postage costs.
- Jolly Success Limited does not cover the cost of return delivery.
- When returning an item for exchanges please include a cheque for the amount of delivery stated on your invoice. This covers the cost of return delivery. Cheques should be made payable to Jolly Success Limited.
